MEDITATION OF THE LINE OF LIGHT


This is a simple exercise of meditation. First, sit in a chair, or you can also, put your body in a bed to be relaxed. Then you can close your eyes and relax. The next step is start to imagine. Imagine that your body starts to fill with energy. This energy is starting to fill your body in your two foot. Imagine a line that is moving in your body. This is the line that changes your body from dark to light, in all the part of the body that it passes. Slowly, the line is moving in all the parts of the body until the change arrive to the final part. The line is touching the top of the head. This is the end. Now all the body is in peace. There is no more thinking there is only the light in the body. Just in the end you can feel the energy in all the body, this is the most important part. Then you imagine all the parts of the body that are full of white light. In this moment there is only the peace and the energy that is moving in all the body. You can enjoy this inner peace for five minutes.
